The aim of the project is the development of high resolution platform to measure, model and simulate at the nanorange the efforts at stake during micromanipulation tasks. Two complementary systems are intended:
- a platform for simulation of micromanipulation and adhesion forces and,
- a platform for experimental force measurement.
To perform the NANOROL platform, four sub-projects are synchronized:
- SP1-MODELING; modelling and simulation of the small objects behaviour,
- SP2-SENSING; development of a force measurement system,
- SP3-POSITIONING; development of a very high accurate micro/nanorobotic structure,
- SP4-PLATFORM; integration and management of the platform.
